Our Principal

Ms. Nina M. Yim, owner and principal of Capstone Settlement Group, is an attorney specializing in business law and commercial and real estate transactions. Ms. Yim is experienced in the areas of commercial lending, real estate and business transactions, real estate finance and refinancing, and commercial lease, title, and property matters. Ms. Yim handles issues ranging from contract negotiation and formation to sale and financing issues, loan document preparation issues, deeds and title issues, liens and judgment issues, legal opinions, pre and post-closing agreements and procedures, entity formation and entity actions, survey and zoning issues, tax issues, environmental studies and compliance issues, and estoppel certificate issues, among others. Ms. Yim received a Juris Doctor degree from the American University, Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
